Head Coach - Brendan

Brendan created FFF over 6 years ago after his own experience with a poor self image, being overweight and bullied as a young man. The 360-approach aims to create a holistic wellness for your physical, mental and emotional health. 

Brendan’s previous efforts towards health either led to yo-yo dieting or a completely disordered relationship with nutrition, why our support is so well rounded through our training, nutritional guidance and mindset work. 

We are the coaches that will always be your biggest supporters, in a world where we are usually our own toughest critics. But when needed, because we care so much about you we will give you the hard chat, to put you back on track with your goals.

    Why Did I Become A Fitness Trainer?

    I wanted to become a fitness trainer when I started my own fitness journey back in 2015. I had always wanted a career in helping people, but self-doubt stopped me until I found out I was going to be a father. I did not want to tell my son to follow his dr3eams without having followed my own.

    What are my Qualifications?

    * Cert III & IV in Fitness
    * With the desire to add more soon.

    * Strength and Conditioning
    * Mobility

    Accountability, goal planning, a trainer who has already tried everything and made all the mistakes so you don't have to.

    Why Did I Become A Fitness Trainer?

    I wanted to become a fitness trainer back in 2020. I had thrown the idea around previously to that but 2020 was when I decided I wanted to take action and choose myself and my future for once. I want to be a part of people’s futures when they choose themselves and choose their health and future.

    *Womens strength training

    With me, there will be goal setting, accountability and fun. I bring a tonne of energy to every session and will always be your biggest cheerleader for all of your goals, both in and outside of the gym.
